Profile
Limbanazo Mindiera Matandika PhD serves as an Interim Steering Committee member of the Africa Research Integrity Network (ARIN). In 2015, she co-founded Africa's first network dedicated to promoting responsible research conduct. Limbanazo works as a social scientist and bioethicist for the Malawi Liverpool Welcome Programme. In addition to being an honorary lecturer at Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (KUHEs), she has 9 years of experience working in medical research institutions. She has served on international research integrity panels reflecting perspectives from low and middle-income countries. She has recently developed a research integrity online module for KUHEs. Her recent engagement was with the Cochrane Colloquium that was held in London on 5th September 2023 where she presented in a session on Research and Publication Integrity as guest speaker. Her research interests include conflict of interest, authorship, decolonisation of global health, informed consent, embedded ethics, and clinical ethics. https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6932-9635
